The Story Behind the Sound

Born and raised in the rural area of El Tarf, in eastern Algeria — specifically in Béheira El-Touyour — DMD discovered rap at an early age.
From a young age, he was drawn to the raw energy and lyrical depth of hip-hop, falling in love with everything related to rap culture across the world.
What began as a childhood passion soon became his voice, his escape, and his way to connect with others through music.
Over time, DMD began building his own musical identity, collaborating with a diverse group of underground and rising artists.
He has worked with talents such as MC ARTISAN, LBIG, LHAJ YB, MOUDA, 24SO, CRIPOL, BLADE, HB7, ADLEN, and MOB, bringing different flows and energies together in powerful collaborations.
